3 Days Tour To Atlas Mountains :
DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – IMLIL – SIDI CHAMCHAROUCH – TOUBKAL REFUGE.
Tours Kech, organize Morocco Atlas mountains tour and Toubkal trekking tour with experienced guides.You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech at around 8:00am. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, drive south up over gorges and high passes of the upper valleys to the Berber town of Imlil, 5700 feet above sea level (1740m). Here is where you leave your vehicle to take a welcome glass of mint tea in a staging house prior to setting out for a 2.5 mile (4 km) hike towards several Berber villages. You will stop in the villages of Armed and Sidi Chamharouchin the Assif Ait Maizane Valley for some sight-seeing. The latter is set beside a picturesque waterfall and small stream. Take a break for a picnic within full view of mighty Jbel Toubkal. At over 13,600 feet (4167m), it's the highest peak in the Maghreb. Your last stretch of the day takes you to your overnight accommodations, at the Toubkal Refuge at 10,500 feet (3207m).
DAY 2 : ASCENT OF TOUBKAL (4167 M).
Start your day in atlas mountains with a climb up the highest peak in the North Africa, Mt Toubkal, then descend via the south circuit for a straightforward 2-3 hour descent back to the Refuge. In the afternoon, take a gentle hike southeast to the head of the Assif Ait Maizane Valley and Tizi n O'unoums. When ready, you will return to your overnight accommodation, at the Toubkal Refuge.
DAY 3 : TOUBKAL SUMMIT - IMLIL - MARRAKECH
Up early for the climb up Toubkal (4,167m) from where, clouds allowing, you’ll have wonderful views over the Atlas Range and the Sahara Desert, then a long way back down past the refuge and the well-worn path back to Imlil. This is a fairly long day with 8-9 hours of trekking, involving 900m up then almost 2,500m back down to Imlil! You will normally be dropped off at around 5.00pm in Marrakech.
