DAY 1 : MARRAKECH - AIT BENHADDOU - OUARZAZATE - DADES GORGES

This morning after breakfast, set off in a comfortable private a/c vehicle for your circular 4-day journey through the Saharan landscapes of both the Hamada (stone desert) and Erg (dune desert). Your first visits include Ait Benhadou, Ouarzazate and Skoura Palmerie, where an ancient Kasbah once held treasures of the silk route in desert oasis terrain, followed by a visit to the spectacular Todra Gorge where steep walls hundreds of feet high tower above. Enjoy a relaxing and highly scenic tour day with stunning views of this mystical land. Accommodations in a comfortable hotel with optional ‘Hammam’ bathhouse experience this evening.
DAY 2 : DADES TO TODRA GORGE - ERFOUD - RISANI - MERZOUGA
Our 3 days 2 nights Morocco Desert Tour to Merzouga continues after a traditional Breakfast , taking the road of 1000 kasbahs drive around the colourful Berber villages of the Dades Valley, to get to Tineghir - a beautiful valley of 15 km of date palms ending with spectacular Gorges, often used for rock climbing. The road to the Gorge of Todgha green palmeraies and Berber villages, where we go on a trek along the canyons of about 300 m high. Afterwards we will head to Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga Sahara desert and you will have time for lunch in Tinjdad or Touroug, depending on your hunger-meter. Once you arrive to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, you will take a camel ride for 1 hour, while watching the sunset, to get to the camp in the oasis. Spending the night in the bivouac at Merzouga Sahara dunes under nomadic tents or outside under shooting stars. Play drums with the camp staff .
DAY 3 : MERZOUGA DESERT EXCURSION
After breakfast you will have a visit to the area of the desert to see the different faces of desert including El Khamlia to listen to Saharan Music the oasis,the village ,we continue to Rissani the first capital of dynasty Alouite ,to see historical Kasbahs ,The famous Market ,you can eat the Local food Pizza Berber,back to the Desert ,After rest a mint tea the guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the Erg Chebbi,you will enjoy the beauty of the sunset on the camels, after 1 hour you will reach to the desert camp to spend night in a Berber tent. after watching the stars and listen to the Saharan Drums
DAY 4 : MERZOUGA - DRAA VALLEY - OUARZAZATE
This morning after breakfast, you have a final chance to climb the dunes before setting off. A long but scenic journey then brings you through the southern Anti Atlas desert terrain where you may see nomadic camel herders crossing plains and witness the thriving date palm communities of this remote landscape. Your final destination, Ouarzazate, is the Moroccan Sahara’s largest center and home to one of Hollywood’s most versatile studios for film-making. Spend one night here and, if time permits, make a tour of Ouarzazate’s main attractions and bazaar.
DAY 5 : OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH
Today you depart Ouarzazate early and drive the breathtaking pass of Tizni-n-Tichka over the high Atlas to Marrakech (approx 4 hours). Your final day on tour and a chance to visit Marrakech and its famous souk (market place) with snake charmers, fortune tellers, acrobats, and more. Time permitting you can also visit Koutoubia Mosque and see ‘new’ Marrakech. You will have free time to explore the many fine eateries of Marrakech and the Djemaa El Fna square.
